Supply Chain Management
During the lecture Supply Chain Management, the students learn about the general problems, which may occur when managing supply chains. Several concepts will be discussed, in order to enhance the performance of a supply chain. In particular, logistic concepts are reviewed to optimize stocks and transportation processes.
